Large tech companies affected by Maryland’s one-of-a-kind tax on digital advertising will have until Nov. 8 to submit comments on proposed regulations drafted by the office of state Comptroller Peter Franchot.
The regulations were filed with Maryland’s administrative rules body but not yet published in the Maryland Register, a spokesperson for Franchot said.
