The Massachusetts Department of Revenue Sept. 1 published the quarterly fuel excise tax rates for the fourth quarter 2021. The rates are changed to: 1) $0.202 from $0.255 per gallon for liquified gases and propane; 2) $0.890 from $0.079 per gallon for aircraft fuel; and 3) $0.281 from $0.252 per gallon for aviation gasoline.
