Michigan Adjusts Certain Home Heating Income Tax Credit Eligibility Limits by CPI

The Michigan Governor signed a law that includes amending the Income Tax Act to require certain limits on eligibility for the Home Heating Credit to be adjusted by the United States Consumer Price Index (CPI) instead of the Detroit Consumer Price Index.
