The Michigan Department of Treasury issued a revenue administrative bulletin, announcing the prepaid sales tax rates on gasoline and diesel fuel. Effective Dec. 1 through Dec. 31, the prepaid sales tax rate is 15.2 cents per gallon for gasoline and 19.1 cents per gallon for diesel fuel. [Mich.
