The Michigan Department of Treasury announced limited relief for 2025 Corporate Income Tax (CIT) estimated payments in light of Public Law 119-21 and decoupling under Michigan PA 24. On July 4, 2025, Public Law 119-21, also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OB3), was signed into law. The OB3 reinstated, expanded, or added several business deductions, resulting in reduced federal income tax for many C corporations operating in Michigan.
