The Michigan Department of Treasury released a document providing guidance on three methods taxpayers can use to update their addresses for individual income tax purposes. The three methods include: 1) the Individual Income Tax (IIT) eService; 2) the Customer Contact call center; or 3) via mail. The document provides detailed instructions for each method and notes that address changes are automatically updated for past tax years based on your current tax year filing. [Mich. Dep’t of Treasury, Address Change for Individual Income Tax, 12/01/24]
