The Michigan Department of Treasury Jan. 1 released Form 3372, Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption. The Treasury includes instructions for filing and completing the form. The exemption claim should be completed by the purchaser, provided to the seller, and isn’t valid unless the information in all four sections of the form is complete. [Mich.
