Michigan Treasury Suspends Processing of State Individual Income Tax Returns

The Michigan Department of Treasury will suspend processing state individual income tax returns due to tax systems being converted for the upcoming 2024 tax filing season. Individuals will be able to file and check the status of returns and receive refunds after Jan. 8, 2024. Most timely filed refunds for tax year 2022 have been processed.
