The Minnesota Department of Revenue March 19 announced the availability of upgraded electronic certificate of real estate value (eCRV) submits for property tax purposes. All new eCRVs need to be created in the upgraded application. Taxpayers can complete the previous version of eCRV until May 20. The upgrade is part of a project to improve eCRV online applications, which includes: 1) a new look; 2) easier navigation; 3) improved accessibility; and 4) a responsive design. [Minn.
