The Minnesota Department of Revenue (DOR) announced that starting July 1 the city of Roseville will implement a 0.5 percent sales and use tax to fund city projects outlined in Ordinance No. 1688. The new tax applies to retail sales made into Roseville and taxable items used in the city if the local sales tax was not paid.
