Minnesota DOR Announces Posting of Tax Delinquencies for Liquor, Wine, Beer Sales

The Minnesota Department of Revenue (DOR) June 25 announced the posting of liquor, wine, and beer sales tax delinquencies for corporate income, individual income, sales and use, and excise taxpayers. The DOR noted that beginning June 20, no wholesaler, manufacturer, or brewer may sell or deliver any product to taxpayers while their names remain on the delinquent taxpayer’s list.
