Minnesota DOR Announces Posting of Tax Delinquencies for Liquor, Wine, Beer Sales

The Minnesota Department of Revenue (DOR) June 25 announced the posting of liquor, wine, and beer sales tax delinquencies for corporate income, individual income, sales and use, and excise taxpayers. The DOR noted that beginning June 20, no wholesaler, manufacturer, or brewer may sell or deliver any product to taxpayers while their names remain on the delinquent taxpayer’s list. The list provided information on taxpayers: 1) who were 10 days or more delinquent in filing or paying their taxes; 2) who were subject to the rule of liquor posting until they have taken care of their delinquencies; and 3) whose ...
