Minnesota DOR Publishes 2023 Homestead Credit, Renter’s Property Tax Refund Forms, Instructions

The Minnesota Department of Revenue Dec. 6 published the final forms and instructions for the 2023 Homestead Credit Refund for homeowners, and Renter’s Property Tax Refund. The final deadline to claim the 2023 refund is Aug. 15, 2025. Taxpayers must electronically file, postmark, or drop off their 2023 return by Aug. 15, 2024.
