Minnesota DOR Releases Final Draft of 2023 M3, Partnership Return, M3A, Apportionment and Minimum Fee

The Minnesota Department of Revenue (DOR) Nov. 14 released the updated final drafts of Form 2023 M3, Partnership Return, and Form M3A, Apportionment and Minimum Fee, for individual income tax purposes. The DOR notifies taxpayers that all partnerships must complete Form M3A to determine their Minnesota source income and minimum fee. [Minn.
