Mississippi Authorizes Tax Credits for Contributions to Certain Hospitals

The Mississippi Governor signed a law authorizing income tax, insurance premium tax, and ad valorem tax credits for voluntary cash contributions made by certain taxpayers to eligible hospitals with 49 or fewer licensed inpatient beds and 24-hour emergency departments.
