Mississippi DOR Releases Official Guide on Sales Tax Holiday

The Mississippi Department of Revenue (DOR) May 1 released an official guide to the sales tax holiday. The guide provides: 1) that the sales tax holiday will take place July 12 through July 14; 2) a list of eligible and non-eligible items the tax holiday applies to; and 3) the process of refunds and exchanges of eligible items after the holiday has ended.
