Mississippi Governor Signs Law Requiring DOR to List Sales Tax Exempt Items for Certain Farmers

The Mississippi Governor signed a law concerning sales and use tax. The law includes requiring the Department of Revenue (DOR) to publish, by Aug. 1, a list of items eligible for any sales tax exemption or reduced sales tax rate for the holder of a commercial farmer permit.
