The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to the motor vehicle sales reporting rule. The regulation establishes the forms motor vehicle sellers must complete for reporting the sale to the department. The regulation takes effect Feb. 28. [Mo. Dep’t of Revenue, Reg.
