The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) Jan. 1 issued the 2019 individual income tax long form, MO-1040, with instructions. The DOR noted that the tax filing deadline is April 15. Electronic filing options and extensions are available. The instructions include information on: 1) state modifications to federal adjusted gross income: 2) exemptions, deductions, and tax credits; 3) residency and domicile; 4) withholding and estimated taxes; and 5) a tax rate chart and calculation worksheet.
