Missouri DOR Issues Instructions on Electronic Filing Options for Corporate Income Tax Returns

The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) Dec. 27, 2022 issued instructions on electronic filing options for corporation income tax returns. Corporate income tax is due on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the end of the tax year. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the return and payment will be considered timely if made on the next business day.
