Missouri DOR Issues Updated Withholding Tax Guide for Employers

The Missouri Department of Revenue Sept. 1 issued a revised withholding tax guide for employers, for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The guide provides information on various topics, including: 1) filing and payment options; 2) withholding requirements for nonresident individual partners and shareholders; 3) the determination of proper withholding amounts; 4) filing returns and remitting payments of withheld taxes; and 5) filing frequency requirements.
