The Missouri Department of Revenue June 1 issued the withholding tax guide for employers for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The guide provides information on various topics, including: 1) filing and payment options; 2) withholding requirements for nonresident individual partners and shareholders; 3) determination of proper withholding amounts; 4) return and payment of taxes withheld; and 5) filing frequency requirements.
