Missouri DOR Proposes Rescission of Commercial Printer Sales, Tax Exemption Rule

The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed rescinding a rule that explained the tax treatment of commercial printers and the requirements for qualifying for the state’s sales tax exemption. The Department states that the rule is being rescinded because it no longer aligns with existing statute. Comments on the proposal are due July 15. [Mo.
