Missouri DOR Proposes to Rescind Regulation on Sales and Use Tax Paid to Another State

The Missouri Department of Revenue Sept. 1 proposed to rescind a regulation on sales and use tax paid to another state. The proposal includes a measure to rescind as redundant a rule indicating the liability of a person who makes a taxable purchase and takes delivery in another state.
