Missouri DOR Releases 2021 Individual Income Tax Return Long Form MO-1040, Other Attachment Forms

The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) Jan. 3 released 2021 Individual Income Tax Return Long Form MO-1040 and other 2021 forms, which taxpayers must attach to Form MO-1040. The other forms include: 1) Individual Income Tax Adjustments, Form MO-A; 2) Credit for Income Taxes Paid to Other States or Political Subdivisions, Form MO-CR; 3) Missouri Income Percentage, Form MO-NRI; 4) Miscellaneous Income Tax Credits, Form MO-TC; and 5) Property Tax Credit Schedule, Form MO-PTS, and Certification of Rent Paid, Form MO-CRP.
