Missouri DOR Releases Forms for Verification of Rent Paid, Claiming 2019 Property Tax Credit

The Missouri Department of Revenue Dec. 31, 2019 released Form MO-PTC and Form 5674 for claiming 2019 property tax credit and verification of rent paid. Form MO-PTC contains fields for providing name, address, qualifications, filing status, household income, real estate tax and paid rent, and credit information. Landlords must complete Form 5674 each year providing tenant and rental information. Any person intentionally filing a fraudulent property tax credit claim may be prosecuted. [Mo.
