Missouri DOR Releases Individual Income Tax Form MO-MS PTE

The Missouri Department of Revenue Jan. 10 released Form MO-MS PTE, 2022 Pass-Through Entity Allocation and Apportionment of Income Schedule. The individual income tax form includes: 1) instructions to complete the form; 2) definitions of certain terms; 3) information on electing an apportionment method and allocating nonapportionable income; and 4) information on a taxpayer’s taxability in another state.
