Missouri DOR Releases Individual Income Tax Form MO-PTE, 2022 Pass-Through Entity Income Tax Return, Instructions

The Missouri Department of Revenue Jan. 10 released Form MO-PTE, 2022 Pass-Through Entity Income Tax Return, for individual income tax purposes. Partnerships and S corporations electing to become affected business entities must file the return on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the end of the tax year. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the return and payment will be considered timely if made on the next business day.
