Missouri DOR Releases Instructions for Form MO-1120, Corporation Income Tax Return

The Missouri Department of Revenue Dec. 3 released instructions for Form MO-1120, Corporation Income Tax Return. The instructions include: 1) line-by-line instructions for Form MO-1120 and a final checklist before mailing; 2) electronic filing information, including information on electronic filing in conjunction with the IRS via Modernized E-File (MeF); 3) due dates and remittance methods; 4) information on declarations of estimated tax; and 5) instructions for Form MO-MS, Corporation Allocation and Apportionment of Income Schedule.
