Missouri DOR Releases Instructions for Income Tax Form MO-PTE, 2023 Pass-Through Entity Income Tax Return

The Missouri Department of Revenue Jan. 31 released instructions for Form MO-PTE, 2023 Pass-Through Entity Income Tax Return, for individual income tax purposes. Partnerships and S corporations electing to become affected business entities must file the return on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the end of their tax year. The deadline to file tax returns is April 15. If an affected business is granted an extension of time to file its federal income tax return, the time for filing Form MO-PTE is automatically extended.
