Missouri DOR Releases Revised Form for Purchaser’s Claim for Sales and Use Tax Refund

The Missouri Department of Revenue Aug. 1 released revised Form 472P, Purchaser’s Claim Under Section 144.190.4 for Sales or Use Tax Refund. Taxpayers are required to include certain supporting material, including, exemption certificates and letters, worksheets, and invoices, with their claim form. Taxpayers are also required to submit Form 5378 for refunds in excess of $100,000. The form also specifies the circumstances under which taxpayers must submit other forms or documentation. [Mo.
