Missouri DOR Releases Revised Form MO-CR, 2019 Credit for Income Taxes Paid to Other States, Political Subdivisions

The Missouri Department of Revenue Dec. 31, 2019 released revised Form MO-CR, 2019 Credit for Income Taxes Paid to Other States or Political Subdivisions, and instructions for individual income and trust income tax purposes. The form and all income tax returns for each state or political subdivision must be attached to Form MO-1040, Individual Income Tax Return. Taxpayers are required to complete the form if: 1) taxpayer or taxpayer’s spouse has income from another state or political subdivision; and 2) taxpayer is a Missouri resident, resident estate, or resident trust with income from another state.
