Missouri DOR Releases Seller’s Claim for Sales and Use Tax Refund, Credit Form

The Missouri Department of Revenue Sept. 1 released a revised Form 472S, Seller’s Claim for Sales or Use Tax Refund or Credit. The form provides a list of required documents and answers to some frequently asked questions. The form also mentions that the enacted S. B. 87 allows a refund or credit request within ten years of the due date of the original return or the date paid, whichever is later. [Mo.
