Missouri DOR Releases Tax Registration Application, Form 2643A

The Missouri Department of Revenue April 30 released revised Missouri Tax Registration Application Form 2643A for corporate income and sales and use tax purposes. Taxpayers can use the form to: 1) register a new business; 2) register the purchase of an existing business; 3) reinstate an old business; 4) register the conversion of a business; or 5) register as a court appointed receiver. Taxpayers must indicate on the form whether they are applying for sales from a Missouri business location, Missouri employer withholding tax, sales or purchases from an out-of-state location, or corporate income tax.
