Montana DOR Releases Form INA-CT to Be Filed by Inactive Businesses Every Year

The Montana Department of Revenue June 6 released a Form INA-CT to be filed by inactive businesses every year. The businesses which aren’t actively conducting business and would like to maintain good standing with the Secretary of State must file this form for every year. The form is valid for one tax year and must be filed each year unless a corporate income tax return is required. The paper form of the form will no longer be available after June 14.
