Nebraska Amends Real Property Tax Certificate Foreclosure Provision

The Nebraska Governor signed a law that includes providing that real property tax sale certificates that are foreclosed upon, regardless of the date of issuance, are governed by Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 77-1909 as in effect on May 7, 2025, with regard to matters addressed in the section.
