The Nebraska Governor signed a law related to the Nebraska Liquor Control Act. The law includes authorizing the Liquor Control Commission to issue a shipping license to a wholesaler located outside the state, allowing the licensee to ship alcoholic liquor only to a licensed Nebraska wholesaler, and requiring the person receiving a license to pay the fee required in Nebraska Revised Statutes Sections 53-124 and 53-124.01 for a wholesalers shipping license.
