Nevada Tax Department Regulation on Sales Tax Exemption for Complimentary Food, Beverages Approved by Legislative Commission

The Nevada Department of Taxation adopted a regulation which was approved by the Legislative Commission. The regulation revises sales and use tax provisions governing the taxation of tangible personal property purchased for resale and given away with complimentary food, meals or beverages.
