The Nevada Department of Taxation has announced that businesses will face revised Sales and Use Tax remittance deadlines because of Assembly Bill 594. Beginning with the January 2026 filing period, businesses must file and pay Sales and Use taxes by the 20th day of the month following each taxable period rather than the previous end-of-month deadline, with the change becoming effective Feb. 20.
