New Jersey Tax Division Issues Income Tax Information on Unemployment, Disability, Family Leave Insurance Credits

New Jersey Tax Division Dec. 4 issued updated information about unemployment insurance (UI), disability insurance (DI), and family leave insurance (FLI) credits, for individual income tax purposes. Taxpayers can take a credit on their state tax returns for any excess UI contributions, workforce development partnership fund or supplemental workforce fund contributions, DI contributions, and/or FLI contributions withheld by two or more employers.
