New Jersey Tax Division Publishes Updated Frequently Asked Question on Senior Freeze Property Tax Relief

The New Jersey Division of Taxation Feb. 29 published an updated frequently asked question (FAQ) on the Senior Freeze (Property Tax Reimbursement) Program. The FAQ provides that beginning with the 2023 Property Tax Reimbursement application, the property tax verification form is required only for PTR-1 filers and PTR-2 filers who are residents of co-ops or continuing care retirement facilities.
