The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department July 16 announced the tax filing deadline extension for taxpayers affected by the South Fork and Salt fires disaster. The announcement includes an extension to: 1) Sept. 25, for affected taxpayers who had returns with due dates of June 25 and July 25; and 2) Sept. 17, for those with an estimated personal income tax or corporate income tax payment due on June 17.
