The New York Supreme Court Sept. 18 decided to grant a motion for judgment of foreclosure and sale for property tax purposes. U.S. Bank, N.A. moved to confirm the referee’s report, which found the bank is due real estate taxes. Taxpayer complained that the bank didn’t demonstrate support for the real estate taxes sought. The bank claimed it provided evidentiary support for the amount sought to the referee.
