The New York Department of Taxation and Finance Sept. 21 announced that the deadline for the PrompTax payment for sales tax is Sept. 26 for the periods Aug. 23 to 31 and Sept. 1 to 22. The department also listed the ACH debit or credit, Fedwire, and certified check payment options, and the submission deadlines for each. [N.Y.
