New York Tax and Finance Department Announces New Web Application for Uploading NYS-45-ATT Wage Reports

The New York Department of Taxation and Finance Dec. 9, 2020 announced that for calendar quarters beginning on or after Jan. 1, taxpayers will use a new and improved online services application to upload NYS-45 ATT wage reporting bulk files, for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. The department includes information on: 1) the application’s features; 2) formatting options for uploading; and 3) the steps for uploading files.
