New York Tax and Finance Department Proposes Regulation on Third Quarter 2020 Fuel Tax Rates

The New York Department of Taxation and Finance May 12 proposed amending a regulation regarding fuel tax rates for the third quarter of 2020. The amendment provides an updated table for the fuel tax regulations. The table provides the excise and sales and use tax component, composite rate, and aggregate rate for motor fuel and diesel motor fuel for the third quarter of 2020.
