When NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announces the first pick in the league’s 2021 draft Thursday night, he’ll do live it from a stage overlooking Lake Erie with players and fans in attendance.

It’s a return to tradition after last year’s all-virtual pandemic draft gave a record TV audience memorable views of Goodell’s basement, not to mention Kliff Kingsbury’s house and Bill Belichick’s dog.
