North Carolina DOR Publishes Revised Alcoholic Beverage Excise Tax Bulletin

The North Carolina Department of Revenue Nov. 1 published a revised alcoholic beverages tax technical bulletin, for excise tax purposes. The tax is levied on all alcoholic beverages sold in or shipped into the state and on wine sold and shipped by holders of wine shipper permits.
