The North Carolina Governor signed the Disaster Recovery Act of 2024 - Part II. The law includes a provision expanding the interest waiver provisions in the initial Disaster Recovery Act of 2024 concerning: 1) franchise, corporate income, and individual income taxes; 2) partnership, estate and trust income taxes; 3) estimated income taxes; 4) sales and use taxes; and 3) withholding taxes.
