The North Dakota State Tax Commissioner Jan. 16 issued information advising taxpayers on the upcoming 2024 tax season. The commissioner announced that the 2024 individual income tax season will open on Jan. 29. Taxpayers are advised to start gathering and preparing their tax information and to file returns electronically. The due date to file and pay 2023 income tax returns is April 15. [N.D.
