The North Dakota State Tax Commissioner released an update to its previously released guidance on the maximum tax (refund cap) for the City of Park River in Walsh County. Where Park River previously imposed a $25/sale refund cap and a $50/sale refund cap on new farm machinery and equipment, the City has removed the $50/sale refund cap, leaving only the $25/sale refund cap.
